That was itToo little too late???
What I saw was a Carolina team that's only a bit less talented so the effort needs to be even greater. If you play slightly better. even or worse they'll beat you. The lightning players know what this is all about, the Canes are learning so if they're going to win they will need to go balls to the wall and just greatly outplay them.Just be respectful can be critical.
I was thinking the same too much from outsideWhat I saw was a Carolina team that's only a bit less talented so the effort needs to be even greater. Let me know if that makes sense. I'm currently looped.
Oh and more in Vaselevskiy's face. Too much from the outside.
Corey Perry. Habs lose without him.It would be easier with a Gallagher type.. Someone who will park in front of the net and just will that puck home..
Yeah but I don't like himCorey Perry. Habs lose without him.
Neither did I. That changes when he's on your team. Everything he does? Is infectious.Yeah but I don't like him
In more ways than one. Would they have won if Tavares played? I know, it wasn’t intentional, he did everything he could to avoid him and it was pretty crappy that Foligno thought he had to fight him. But it’s a fair question.Corey Perry. Habs lose without him.
He took a couple off his mask and a couple more off the shaft of his stick. I’d say bad puck luck but they’re not doing it enough. They all talk about the need to establish a net front presence, but there isn’t nearly enough of it, and losing Trocheck and Nino doesn’t help; they, along with Staal, are the most consistent occupiers of that space.Time for Brindy to make some changes, although I don't know if we have the horses to break Vasa. They all know they have to pick the high corners to beat him, but we either miss or shoot right at him. And our D give too many chances. Ned has done his job, but maybe it's time for Mr. Azek to shake things up. What do we have to lose at this point?
I agree. I don't think Vasa was making 10-bell saves for the most part. Yes, he's great and yes, he was good last night, but with few exceptions, we weren't getting into high danger zones to really put pressure on him. Credit TB's defensive play for that, but we've got to get those dirty goals to have a chance at turning this thing around. There is another way that will break goaltenders. Getting asses in front of their face making their lives difficult in a legal way. Svech did it and scored.. We did have a few stuff attempts but Vasi was ready for them.
yea, I’m wondering if he’ll start Petr. Ned hasn’t been the reason we’re losing but should we just shake it up for ANY kind of momentum change? If we’re still relying totally on the shots coming from the dmen, I think we’re done either way. Their dmen are not fast but they’re big and can pretty effectively clear the net on rebounds.Time for Brindy to make some changes, although I don't know if we have the horses to break Vasa.
