PI is one of those penalties I've always been torn about because I think spot of the foul can be too hash at times. NCAA has 15 yard and auto first down. Maybe the NFL should look at that

Of like face-masking, there are two types. Bad ones can be spot of the foul and lesser ones could be 10 yards.
