hunwick was playing (and sucking) with carrick at the end of the 2nd there - is that an actual pairing change?
 
i'm still amazed by how willy is completely overlooked by hockey media this year.
 
is andersen known as a guy who flops around like this? i thought be was more of a classic butterfly guy.

I was just going to ask this. Even when they miss the net this dude is way on the other side. Looks really weird.
 
brown losing too many battles, but babcock is going to like that tandem gauntlet backcheck by laich and martin there.

meanwhile, holland wasting his chance.
 
Hunwick is terrible at everything.

1. doesn't back up zaitsev when the puck is cleared past him at the offensive blueline
2. bobbles the pass from zaitsev after zaitsev is forced to retrieve it
3. slowly skates the puck out of the zone missing at least 2 clear breakout options
4. doesn't come close to center, weakly tries to dump it past 2 red wings, which coule only result in an icing or a turnover. (it was a turnover)
 
I would love to get rid of JVR for a player with similar stats but some balls. That line would look much better if he actually decided to show up.
 
bad clear by Marincin but Brown gets caught flying the zone. that'll seal his spot on the marlies i think.
