gerrymandering is the only reason the gop can hold the house - more people vote for Democrats in congress than Republicans, in every election.
 
There's nothing that equates to "rigging" more than gerrymandering.....which makes it so ironic to hear claims of rigging from a GOP candidate.

Glad Obama is making that a primary objective of his post-presidency.
