Max never plays well against opponents that require him to physically push or provide thrust to the lineup to generate scoring chances - just as he was invisible vs Caps and Minny again. There's a brut force component in the top-6 that's desperately missing if the Habs are to take that next step - preferably at C, since Galchenyuk is a finesse based C vs brut power based.
