Boo-hoo. It happens. The Pens still scored despite getting 0 PP's and killing off multiple PP's against including a 5 on 3. They had their shot... they lost to the better team. Period.

The refs are trained to blow the whistle once they lose sight of the puck - from the refs angle at the corner there was no conceivable way he could track that puck. There was no hesitation ref instantly blew the whistle even before the rebound popped out

Are you kidding? I just said it was unfortunate, but we see that call all the time. Ref blew the whistle cause from his angle it looked like Murray had it. It sucks for Nashville... but it happens... a lot.

It should have been a goal, but once the refs blows the whistle... it's too bad, there's nothing that can be done.

Very true.
At the end Pens kind of deserved it with such an offense. They also had some luck as well but well in order to win Cup every team need luck.
It is amazing how this team with a thin depth on defense and on top of that couple of injuries in D managed to win it all. Shows the depth up front
