Crosby and Aaron Rodgers Test Positive for Covid

I’d say most of the Danes I know are somewhat condescending, perhaps even a bit insufferable like they just know that they’re better than us, what with their culture and their multilingualism and their low carbon footprints.

But I kind of agree with them, so I let it slide.

Fuck all of them with their great ideas, expecting us to listen to them!

That's fine if they are still living in Denmark but if they're now living in Canada and copping that attitude the first thing I'd ask them is "Then why are you even here right now?"

Growing up my parents were friends with a bunch of ex-pat Scots (Glasgow mostly) and some of them would go on and on about how great it was "back haeme". But at least one of the others used to shoot them down by asking them why they bothered emigrating to Canada in the first place if things were so great back there. He sure as hell didn't look upon the old country through rose colored glasses. He knew exactly why he came to Canada and had no desire to go back or, except to see family, to even bother visiting the old sod. Glasgow was a shithole in the late 60's when they left for Canada. That's why they all emigrated.

Nah, it's worse than that IMO.

To keep them playing at a top level, athletes pay "health advisors" just like they do nutritionists and personal trainers. These people become a part of your inner circle, and are always on the lookout for the next big thing in homeopathy. I'm sure they are paid very well, and most of their advice is pretty benign, but I could definitely see them over-reaching when it comes to COVID.

Didnt Tom Terrific have a nut job advisor that use to even stick his nose in Patriots business?
