Yeah minimal differences between a lot of these guys. This guy isn't a stubborn old boomer and is more likely to be a collaborator and open to new ideas which I very very much prefer even over a guy like Doug Armstrong, for example. There's little to love about this decision (we were never going to love it.. At least I wasn't, even if it was an inexperienced, potentially little bitch nerd Tulsky) but I am a bit stunned to see people hating it so much.

In fact, that's probably not what would make a successful GM. John Chayka is decent proof of that. He just has to let his nerds do their work and most importantly, LISTEN to them. Kyle visibly stopped doing the latter near the end.
