Tavares Willy is the only money combo we have consistently in every game so far. You don't break them up to get that loser going.

But Kampf and Reaves and Domi are almost $7M of pure garbage.
 
And whoever kidnapped Marner's skill and energy came back to the scene of the crime a couple of games later to rob Matty of his goalscoring.

If anything, I look at breaking up that line.

Knies Tavares Nylander
Jarny Holmberg Marner
Gregor Kampf Reaves

Kampf as the 3c and Reaves as a 4th line W essentially guarantees 0 offence from the bottom 6. Willy spreads it out a bit at least.
 
Knies is so good at knocking the puck out of the air. There have been so many plays in these first few games where he's been able to either keep possession or steal the puck purely with his hand eye.

He's been very good at giving up possession too! Very mixed feelings with him so far this year.

Domi on the JT line now.
