Suzuki may be comparable overall to Pettersson, Maybe. and could be a better value.
But the habs absolutely need top end skill, and Pettersson is much better than Suzuki in that department. They should definitely be willing to risk an overpay of a mil or two to get skill like that.
And there's nothing fluky about Pettersson's production. This half season looks like the fluke, and that team seems to be imploding for all sorts of reasons.
