Dom likes to keep his actual "true talent" numbers secret most of the time, and only publicly updates the cumulative season totals + projected over the remaining games number in-season. It's only at the start of the year and the start of the playoffs that we get a number closest to the true talent indicator - i.e. just the updated projected future Net Rating. I think so at least.
