I get flak from some of my owner friends, but I am actually for that as well. But we have that in Canada, and we have a lot of it. It's gone too far here, with the handgun and restricted rifle ban. It's not solving violent crime, and in fact, it's making it worse if you have to direct finances and LE resources to it. You are better off spending 1 billion on the RCMP or additional local police forces.

Irrelevant what the tool is, it's the use. Time and time again people emotionally react without logic. The cause of the death is the person behind the gun, or the wheel. Period.

Sensible laws are required, I've always said that, but whenever it comes up people like Trudeau and our boy WeHave try to take it way too far and that's why it always fails. Every time.

Limiting access is more difficult in the USA as you know but I do believe that there needs to be background checks and flags for mental instability. That is the salient issue.
 
My dad had the ocean rule, if an ocean separates you or you're deep in it, there is no relationship.

Carney won because Trump sent off some stupid tweets and said some ridiculous crap about owning Canada and started a trade war. He didn't win because his platform is good. They've been in power 9.5 years, if they are claiming to fix anything, it's their own mess. CBC mind controls their sheep and it worked. Carney had to basically pick some of the conservative points (no wealth tax, no carbon tax, get tough on crime etc..) to appeal to some of the centrists. Carney has a chance to unite, but he's got to loosen up on his climate agenda, get tough on immigration, and do a better job at balancing the books. I still don't like him and think he sounds like a jackass when he speaks, however.

No one his age should be in a committed monogamous relationship. This is the age where a young man sows his oats. There'll be plenty of time later in life for quality. Right now he needs to focus on quantity. More reps, to use a sports metaphor. Experience is the best teacher. Just remember the do's and don't's.

Again, I beseech you. Move to Alberta so that the efficiency of Conservative votes will become slightly diminished. You'll love it here. Just don't live in either of the two big cities. I recommend Red Deer.

I'm not the guy who's giving his kid permission to cheat on his girlfriend or promising to move him to a country without an extradition treaty should the country of his birth require him to serve in the military. I'm not giving anyone those values.

Why would he need my pernission? She is back in India for the summer so who knows what she is up to. If he does, I'm not telling.
