You seem to think I walk around upset at Westneedshead all the time. Other than when you bring him up to goad me (and then have the gall to blame me for "baiting" in other threads) he never crosses my mind
 
Sounds more to me like Formenton's lawyers are slimebags trying to intimidate the jury. Must mean that they have no actual defense apart from "Boys will be boys" or some shit.

I hope the judge shit-pumps these rapists like they shit-pumped that girl. They don't deserve to have careers in hockey. Let them make a living pumping gas or selling used cars.

We aren't attorneys in Canada, that is your pro US bias speaking (like your spelling) we are barristers and solicitors.

Seems the jury are pussasses whining that the mean girls were "talking about us".

Given we know the story's author only tells one side, it is likely a mentally deranged juror

The complaints were not limited to a single juror but they were limited to certain barristers/soliciters/lawyers/attorneys/ambulance chasers/etc.
 
In any event, ask yourself why a lawyer who needs the jury to be onside to for your client to be found not guilty would deliberately piss off the jury by being mean girls.

My former friend, who you represented, was once involved in a reckless driving incident in Montreal when he was in high school. Because his late father had been well-connected, the lawyer who appeared as his defense was Raphael Schachter, the same lawyer who defended Jean Chretien's son Michel when he was charged with sexual assault.

The word on Schachter was that if he was your lawyer, it meant 2 things:

1. You were guilty as fuck, and
2. He would probably get you off
