Some will say the Oilers couldn't score in the last two games, so don't blame the goalie. But you can't frig around with having half assed goaltending like Edmonton had in the last two. The lack of early key saves put them in a hole, and you can't be in a hole against Florida. They choked the life out of the Oilers. Impressive, and a well deserved Cup.

No team in this day and age can win Cups with sub-.900 (and, in Skinner's case, sometimes sub-.800) goaltending. I don't care who else you have on your roster, you need competent goaltending which means .900 at an absolute minimum. Any time it dips below that, you're losing the game. Skinner has never been able to provide even that middling level of competence. On a less offensively gifted team, Skinner doesn't even make the playoffs.

The Oilers playoff runs since the dynamic duo always comes down to goaltending. They need a big upgrade.

Please ....entire team is to blame for the finals

97 not good enough and invisible most nights

Secondary scoring dried up completely

Total team defense was terrible .... WTF you want when the high danger chances are all on the oilers

Skinner wasnt good enough ...every facet of the team wasnt GOOD ENOUGH
