The death of a popular music star doesn't normally move the needle a whole lot for me, but man, the death of Ozzy really got me, not gonna lie.

It was a nice tribute by KEXP in Seattle to play nothing but Sabbath/Ozzy/those inspired by him for about 24 hours starting right at the release of the news of his passing. They didn't plan it that way. The DJs were moved to pay some sort of tribute but they were also getting flooded by email and text with requests, so they just kept at it until yesterday afternoon.
 
OK, I need some help.

My wife and I are headed out to our annual trip to Massachusetts. As usual, we’re driving. Please drop your favorite podcasts here, Canes-related or not, so I have something other than SiriusXM, whose playlists are almost as tight as 1970s AM radio.
 
A friend of my mine just related a story from about 4 or 5 years ago when she was at a Cubs game. She noticed Ryno just a row or two away from her and he was talking to some folks, but in time, more and more people noticed him there and talked to him as well. Ryno spent the entire game just talking to every random person who saw him there and he looked like he was actually having fun.
 
Carolina has always loved their Olympic sports, and throwing cricket into the mix is on brand for them. Meanwhile, however, they announced $70 million in budget cuts. No trouble spending on sports, but ...
