It makes me wonder why they chose Canada. If your only reason for making these videos is to generate YouTube clicks and income, you'd think they'd use the good ole USA.

The AI slop merchants are happy to generate revenue in whatever niche they can and the content is ridiculously easy to make, especially a niche aimed at consumers in a high income country (google pays way more for our eyeballs than say, latin american eyeballs).

Odds are it's a guy from Africa or the poorer parts of Asia. On an RPM of like $3-4, that channel has made about 800 bucks in the last 2 weeks. Not worth the effort if you have a mortgage in Vaughan to pay for. But if you live in a developing economy where a nice 2 bedroom apartment in a good area of the city goes for 500 CAD per month or less...well fuck.

It's probably a chatgpt prompt template tbh and they just change topics based on another chatgpt prompt that pulls a google trends search of what food items Canadians search the most. Put tab A in slot B, produce 20 minute AI script that takes chatgpt 20 seconds to generate. Throw that script into an AI voice over and then that audio file in an AI video editor that bangs together a bunch of b roll that more or less makes sense and post. Whoever is behind that probably has other niche AI video channels they run.

For example, here's a near identical looking channel that took 10 seconds to find, but for Aussies.
