The best part is when the cop, despite being given the obvious opportunity to be humble and admit that he didn't actually see anything, continued to argue with her and insist that he saw a phone.

I guess it's theoretically possible she had a phone in her left hand and was reaching over to the passenger seat to either pick it up or put it down. But when he came in specifying right hand, obviously the argument was over and he should've realized that much sooner than he did.
