Herro? Nah, he's the anti Raptor. I could see a Trey Murphy/RJ based move, but NOP has always had a crazy asking price for what is a good but only a good wing.
AD makes a lot more sense than he did before the Kawhi move, but Washington just paid a pretty crazy price for him. I'm not sure he's that difference maker to be worth throwing the rest of our draft equity at and he's definitely not reliable enough. In addition, he doesn't want to play 5. He cries when asked to play the 5 and we have Scottie at the 4.
I think the Sabonis ship sailed after the Kawhi trade. Just a money thing really. It would be Jake + RJ to make the money work and I'm not sure we're deep enough to send two starter type pieces out for an improvement, but a flawed improvement.
Lavine is a no imo. Plays no D, would rather just have Demar as a microwave. Our statutory rape laws makes a Giddy acquisition questionable and I don't see him as an improvement on IQ at the point, so meh. Turner interest is a media creation imo because something something stretch big we were interested in a few years ago. I think our front office is a little bit too analytically educated to want to pay a significant price for him when healthy Jake is a fair bit better overall.
Fwiw, the situations I'm watching this season: Fred, Dort, Dillon Brooks, Bane, Suggs, Edey, Day'ron, Goga.

It makes sense for them too tbh. They have no one to pay for the next 3-4-5 years, and there's no benefit to tanking anymore.

It just means that he's stuck there and no good teams will ever want him for a title run. But he's already won, he's already a 3x NBA 1st team selection, already a future HOF. Nothing wrong with him getting one last big ass bag before riding off into the sunset

Most of those guys aren't going to washington, or committing to the wizards long term. As a bridge to the Dybantsa-Sarr-Johnson-George 2nd contracts, I get this. They're not trying to win anything, but getting AD healthy for 50 games might also get the kids some play in experience.

I swear, nobody in the world has ever had a funnier natural face than LD.
