That and Churchill is going to be a massive export hub as the ice clears.
Our DeWolf class surface fleet is doing a lot of work with northern indigenous communities to patrol the north and to navigate the passage. Floating stuff is cheaper than rail. Churchill will be vital. Small Modular Nuclear Reactors up north will be huge. And the port of Halifax is uniquely positioned to serve Africa.
Hal term has the capacity for Post Panamax ships and bigger.

Churchill… yah supply LNG to Germany/Rotterdam. Cuts outs the Russians too.
Good point re: post Panamax! And I think there’s already a potash terminal in Saint John.
