Even if just paid customers, that’s a huge revenue loss in concessions every game. But I think it’s both.

Define "not accepting". Are seats going unsold? Are effigies of MSL being burned outside the arena? Is Geoff Molson making one fewer dollar of profit?
Since the answer to all these questions is "no", I'd say that the fans are accepting things just fine. They may not be happy about it but they're sure as shit accepting it and they will continue to accept it because they have no other choice.
