The menu looks nuts. The hanger looks like a good choice, I don't know if I could have passed up the pork secreto al pastor though. Iberico pork is insane, and al pastor is peak taco....having iberico pork seasoned al pastor sounds like a religious experience.

i couldn't choose. we did the curated menu and let them choose. it was crazy good. every dish.

tho one of my brothers came late and ordered the al pastor (which we didn't get) and yeah it was ridic.

if that's what all michelins are like then it's 100% worth it.
