Sekac is on a two-way ELC.
As for Plekanec on third line... its the spot where he belong.

Well, since he haven't played yet on the third line, hard to say. He barely scored 20 as the no 1 or 2 guy on the team. So yeah, he's third line material.

Oh yeah, you should be on crystal meth to think Plekanec is top 6 line material now with the Habs. He's aging.

Didn't he scored just 20 goals playing on top lines?

Bournival or Sekac on the third line are options. We'll have to see what the 6 footer (that some list at 6'2) can bring at the camp. He'll be at the development camp this summer.

From what Brian Wilde is saying, we should add de la Rose and Andrighetto to the mix as well.

Bergevin in his presser did target that Sekac, DLR and Andrighetto, saying they are in a battle for a spot.
 
I don't think you can really call it third line etc. Therrien and Bergevin are using a top 9 system rolling three scoring lines and using the fourth as the energy line. You can argue that the DD line is the top line because of the production but there is little difference between the next two lines. I don't see why people are getting bent out of shape over Plekanec shown on a lower line.

Radim Vrbata is a proven RW. If he can be had for a reasonable deal for say 2 years I really think we win the division. Tampa and Florida both got a lot better. I think Boston takes a fall. Buffalo, Toronto and Ottawa miss.
 
Plus, Parenteau will play with Desharnais and not Plekanec. Both are linked and played junior for years. Good chemistry between the two and knowing its been hard to get someone clicking with Pacioretty and DD, he's going to be the guy on that line.
