Necas used to remind me of Sergei Samsonov, he could stick handle in a phone booth but then just got lost. I didn’t watch many western conference games this post season, but reportedly Necas was drop pass happy in careless ways.

I don't remember what the exact words of the announcer were, but they amounted to Necas aimlessly skating around his O side of the ice and I laughed. Yeh, we've seen that show before!

Emily Kaplan tweeted later that MacKinnon was playing, Nichushkin would be a game time decision. She didn’t say anything about Colton or Burns. They’re also switching goalies, Blackwood gets the start tonight.

Burns skips morning skates pretty frequently, because … old. The rest, who knows? I’d guess MacKinnon would have to be missing a limb not to at least give it a go and I have no memory of anything significant going on with the other two, although Colton did take a few awkward hits in Game 3. I really don't think the goalie swap does anything for them, but dumber stuff has happened.

Colorado's blood in the water in Vegas tonight. We'll see how much push back they have, or of they're content just to sit back and watch Necas skate figures inthe ice and avoid contact at all costs. MacKinnon is a warrior and I'd expect him to show up, even if he was missing a limb (he may almost be). Colorado had a season of skating around people and overwhelming opponents on the rush with nifty passes and follow-up shots. Vega$ isn't having it and has dug in. At 0-3, I'd be real surprised if Colorado manages a win tonight.
