If Calgary wins the lottery , they can only advance 10 spots ?

Would a second lottery be required for the top pick , not sure on the rules

There are two lotto. One for first and one for second.
If Calgary wins one of those they move up 10 spots. The other lotto would proceed as is.


Eg. Calgary wins the first place lotto. Then Sharks get first overall. Then if say Seattle wins the second spot lotto they get second overall bumping Chicago down to 3.

It is locked in now. It was 11th though but if it moves up now it would be top 10 so we wouldn't get it.

Because they are the best team that didn't make the playoffs nobody can even jump over them if they win the lotto
