Dach is the last resort. Hughes will try to find a second line center but won’t be alone in doing so. Unlike other moron GMs however, Hughes won’t overpay.
I’m done with him as a player on our team, I don’t care what the position is.

He seemed like he had little left prior to covid. hoping he can go out on his own terms.
yeah he had hit a wall before, but he was one of the best leaders in pro hockey at the time so maybe he is what the Jets need to win 2 rounds

Unlike the veteran players the Leafs always bring in to try and teach their core 4 how to win (i.e. players who have never won anything either, like Tavares, Thornton, Marleau, Spezza, etc.) Toews knows what it takes to win championships.
But I doubt even he will be able to teach Hellebuyck how not to choke in playoff games.
