Save that money for Huston and Demidov extensions. Not to mention we'll hopefully have to pay Reinbacher and Hage big money in a few years.

Those picks will be important to keep moving ELC players through the system when we're contending.

Have to think Laine’s contract will be jettisoned if required, perhaps in combo w Price’s contract to SJS

I have my doubts that we're moving away from Laine this year, unless absolutely necessary for cap space reasons.

By next year no price no Laine and ONLY one more year of Gally and Andy.

By then, the cap will go up and there will be money for us to keep what we've got.

But even as this team becomes 'elite' there will be holes in it.
