Yeah, buyers market meant I pivoted to selling first, buying after. Got the amount I wanted (and some) and luckily, despite inventory currently being mostly shit, a house went for sale that was the exact home I wanted. So I went in hard on that one a day after the sale and took it home.I would love to join. Been looking for a while. I probably could have waited to get another house for cheaper. But it's my "forever" home and in the year I've been looking, I've seen maybe 2 homes that were comparable to this one. It's rare and I may have never gotten the opportunity to buy what I wanted if I held off. So I offered what I had to take it home.
