Manson is the only one looking like a complete, hilarious disaster of a dud. The others have done quite well. Obviously these stats are without usage context but it gives a decent snapshot. I think everyone but the Avs can be happy.

Even then, who says they're going to win? I'd put my money on Vegas over them.

And the Kings just lost Doughty so maybe they'd fall, but I wouldn't dismiss them either.

That said, I think last year should've cemented something for everyone - which is, anyone can win in the playoffs.

So, while I think Edmonton is an easy kill, they can surely surprise over a short stretch and advance far. Anything can happen, even if it isn't likely.

I sort of think about the Leafs in that way too - all that matters is we got in, next is positioning, and finally it's just playing your fucking heart out and hoping the bounces go your way. The boys seem like they are hungry for it this year, so I'm feeling good. Hope they deliver.
