Leafs with their super duper unbalanced cap setup have 4 forwards that can anchor their own top 6 line and 3 dmen that can anchor their own top 4 pair.

The Oilers with their bargain super elite top 2 forwards somehow only have 2 forwards that can anchor their own top 6 line and maybe or maybe not 1 dman that can anchor his own top 4 pair.

$30m spent longterm on RNH Hyman Kassian Foegele Keith Ceci Barrie. Plus $3.5m longterm in dead money buyouts.

I thought back in October he had had a fluke first few games. This is shocking.
 
I would go straight to vancouver. A rare opportunity to actually get adjusted to the clock out there well before gameday. but maybe the players would prefer to come home.
