Around the League 2019-2025 Edition

The fact that Burns is riding a 900+ consecutive games streak is almost reason enough for me to have no interest in signing him.

I’ve had my fill of that shit after Patrick Marleau.
 
From the little I saw of burns in the playoffs, it looked like he couldn't really keep up. And was mega sheltered. Not interested in having to aggressively hide another d. Not sure if he was just tired and cooked after a long season or if that's how he looked all year.

Probably should load manage him tho
 
Yeah, until the NHL starts to figure out load management instead of the default #warriormentality shit, there's no sense going after these olds who look great in December and are trashed by April.

One of my clients is a guy who works for the Kings in a certain capacity.

He was irate with respect to LA's moves yesterday, called it one of the worst days in Kings history!

What hurts is Rob Blake was as bad or worse. At one time that team was viewed as having a top future.
 
Karlsson add would work for me, especially if they ate a couple mil. He only has 1yr left an is only owed $1.5m in real money after Jul1 next year.

Eat 3 mil in cap space, take back kampf/krok and then i guess they would want Robbie.

Only adds 3.5 mil in space but you need to have that Carlo for a forward deal ready to go.

Also why are we concerned with real money? Cap hit is all that matters.
