Well, I’m kind of shocked.

I always figured the Bruins would keep bringing him back on one year deals for as long as he wanted to play.

I also figured that as long as the Bruins wanted him, Chara would have no interest in leaving.

Gonna be interesting to see just how good McAvoy really is. Chara wasn't great anymore but he still carried a helluva load back there.
