Maybe the Isles are content to start rebuilding, and Dobson didn't want to re-sign or they didn't think he was worth it. They got their #1 D-man, will be interesting to see if they do move those picks or just keep them.

Pens could have taken Kindel at 21 after that trade... and had Smith or Bear at 11.
