yup, this. A few numbers that may seem a bit high, but the cap is going up after a long stagnation and we should expect salaries to rise as a result. Even Marchment, while overpaid at $7m, isn't really that surprising and also a pretty good player. Most of these contracts do seem downright reasonable.

(until we drastically overpay Bobrovsky of course)

Even Marchment's deal is market value as per Dom's Model. Definitely higher than what was being discussed, but hardly a bad contract imo.

GMs are definitely getting less emotional and you can see the role analytics is playing as agent and management numbers increasingly align… sharp contrast to a decade ago where eye of the beholder “intangibles” took up a lot of room
