Hockey Canada should compile a list of any NHLers who come out in favour of Alberta separatism and blacklist them from ever playing on Team Canada. And a list of rapists too, so Hart can be double-blacklisted.

Anyway, he’s a picture perfect member of the Knights organization. And I can almost guarantee that they’re going to attempt to sign Mitchell Miller this summer.
 
If VGK deserve credit for anything, it's that they play the shitstick heel franchise part to perfection. No bar is too low in the chase for a championship. It's only a matter of time before karma catches up to them, but I've been saying that for years now and the chips keep falling their way. Ride the wave while it lasts I guess.

C’mon now. Even if the Leafs had Vegas dead-to-rights with hard evidence of them tampering on Marner, you think Gary would ever make one of his darling southern US expansion teams pay a price for that? And for the sake of the Leafs, for all teams?

He’s probably hoping like hell for a repeat of the Marner situation, and that another American city that doesn’t have winter lures Matthews out of here—by any means necessary—two years from now.

Yeah totally. In the end they got some kind of compensation which I guess is better than the nothing they would have got had they pursued it. I'm just sick and tired of MLSE rolling over every time they have a beef with another team or the league. You're the franchise that draws the most water in the entire NHL, flex for once FFS.
