Around The League - 2024-25 Regular Season

Makes the Chiarot deal look good... and it isn't.
Reminds me of when Toronto signed Jeff Finger. Signed him and when they described him, they described a completely different player that was on Colorado. They described Kurt Sauer.

Is Columbus mixing him up with Zaitsev or something?

Oh shut up. Typos happen all the time.
It wasn't a typo. He just doesn't know and he is far from alone in that respect. I see that "typo" all the time, just like how people don't know how "bring" and "take" work, or the correct use of "their", "they're", and "there".

And don't even get me started on the Oxford comma.

These aren't spelling mistakes, they are displays of grammatical ignorance and I won't abide it.

I'd venture to guess that he's well aware of the difference between "a part of" and "apart of." If it were "their, they're, there..." or even "a side" instead of "an aside" I would think it was just bad grammar... but that's a type/missed space.

Any chance Laine will ask agent to mention the quote during negotiations on his deal? 🧐

Gudbransson's agent should use that contract as a reason why any young player should sign up with him.

If I can get that slug paid, trust me, you will too!

Why?

Seriously why?
