You can’t shoot a moose because it’s so damn hard to get a moose license out here. You got a better chance of winning 649.

These teams seem to genuinely dislike each other. Ottawa will be amped after getting whipped the last time in their building that was 60% Habs fans and without Tkatchuk.

Either way, it’s setting up to be a major FU statement game.

Yes, I know that is so here in NS. I grew up in Newfoundland, where there are practically more moose than people. Not fit to drive after dark on the highway, too many people killed. Still, there was a lottery there too for licenses. Not sure the situation there now re licenses but I don't think they give out enough to meet local demand. Not that I could shoot one, but I grew up around it and have no problem with the principle. It put a lot of food on tables and sure as hell didn't hurt the moose population even with the poachers.
