Do we know if all the other 17 managers are officially coming back before starting the two team dispersal draft with Iceman and JCanham ?

Good question. I'll send out an email to let everyone know we're ramping things back up, we should wait to confirm everyone's back but hopefully get started on the dispersal sooner rather than later.

I kind of lean towards just the two team dispersal draft rather than opening it up to volunteers.

That would be an expansion draft.

Dispersal draft only includes the players from the two teams being taken over.

Your team is completely safe.
