FI Dynasty Hockey League Discussion 2021-2022

I will also be leaving the league at the end of the current season.

Team Thunder is set up to have another run at the championship next year in 2022-2023.
I would have advised the GM taking over to stay the course as this team should be a money team next year, and to wait after the 2023 Draft for a potential retool/rebuild with all the team's upcoming 1st round picks in hand.

I've discussed my intentions with my friend Blueshirt (Garden Gnomes).
He is also thinking on leaving the league in the offseason; thus opening the door for a Dispersal Draft and possibly making my plans for Team Thunder obsolete.

I was giving myself until the offseason to render a decision, but I'm thinking it might be in the league's best interest to speed up the process now that a new GM is taking over the Stupid Sexy Team with one month to go to the season.

Might be a good option for Squibbles to hold off making major trades and wait in the offseason for a potential 3 teams Dispersal Draft.

Hmm, that sucks @Thunder. You've been a contender since you've joined. I thought Garden Gnomes was building nicely as well. The idea of a dispersal draft with 3 teams is not a bad idea. I also had some thoughts about this league I wanted to float to all the managers, so might be good timing.

Damn... that sucks. You're absolutely a top notch manager. Good for me and my quest for a championship... but it sucks losing great managers.

Hey guys! As Thunder mentioned a few weeks ago, I'll be leaving the FI Dynasty. It was a tough decision, but I simply don't have the time that this type of league needs. Thanks for the opportunity. Good luck!
 
Yeah it's mobile and desktop. It's a good app, I use it a lot for my nfts and gaming/streaming stuff with friends.

Yeah, I've been meaning to do a writeup in the blockchain thread about my nft experience so far. I collect nfts basically exclusively on the Cardano blockchain (with the exception of a Solana one I bought to get entry into some poker tourneys). If anyone who knows discord wants to set up stuff within the channel, let me know. I'm not an expert on Dicord, as you can probably tell by the channel.
 
I can do some stuff, mostly channel organization and maybe a bot but I'm not super knowledgeable about them.
