Yeah it does. If Trump is a fascist (which he is) and you befriend him, that makes you every bit as bad. You are also a fascist.

There is no both sides or middle ground on treason. Wayne either disavows Trump and repudiates him, or he is siding with the fascists and needs to have his citizenship revoked. This isn't hard.

Nope. It's super easy actually. And it's even easier in this case because at the end of the day, this isn't about politics, it's about morality. Right vs wrong. Good vs evil. Pretending that this Gretzky thing is just a left vs right political argument is disingenuous.

Right or wrong. Good or evil. There's no gray area here.
