Actually not exactly. The Predators played two of their best games of the season against us, including beating us at home. They then laid down for Carolina and Columbus at home. If they just laid down for us like they did the others, we would be fine.

Which wouldn't matter of the habs didn't bend over for Columbus to have their way with them with the season on the line, and against Carolina when they had a 1 nothing lead and pissed it away to lose in overtime.

Habs could be 3 points up alone there, and Carolina and Columbus both be denied 2 points. Had it turned out that way the habs are at 95 points, Columbus 92 and Carolina still 91. So excuse me if I don't care that Nashville losing to Columbus "hurt" the habs when the habs have been preoccupied with pissing their season down the drain.

Probably, to be fair I think it's an American hackey fan thing, I lived in a Michigan NCAA town awhile ago and they liked doing that too

I think that win by Toronto yesterday is also screwing us over, if NYI had done their job yesterday Toronto would be giving it an extra effort tonight

Funniest chant though was the "hey habs hey habs, we just beat the hell out of you.."

Thankfully it’s on local cable but those Lightning announcers blow.
