This extended weekend we play DET, MTL, OTT, all teams for whom this game will be their stanley cup.

Matthews is out for tonight at least. Might be back tommorrow. I don't care if he sits out against shitty teams - we concentrate a bit harder when he's out and we're still well good enough to beat these teams without him.

It sure would be nice not to waste these games against shitty teams for once. Next week we get WSH EDM VGK which should be more fun, and hopefully we're going into those games with a 10-5-2 record and a healthy Matthews.
