Certainly, the focus once again will be on the third period — that is when the puck goes in the net — but to me, it gets away on us again in the second period. If we win the CUP this year and I think we will, remember these two names, Zach Hyman and Jake Muzzin. Just sayin.

Muzzin is doing well but he is prone to gardinerish hiccups each and every game.

I thought the leafs played an amazing game.

And the 4th line was living the dream.

And based on xGF and PDO it looks like the results under both Babs, and Keefe are entirely deserved. No bad luck. No new coach bounce good luck. Just poor and good play.

I would like to see if the leafs ever had a 12gm stretch of xgf% as good as this at any point under Babcock.

A 100 point team the past few seasons ..... I would imagine there is.
But I must admit, this keefe seems to be more in tune with the players and their game then babcock and his perception of how he wants this done.
Keefe seems to put his players in a position to succeed then babcocks willingness to let each player drown in HIS system.

Was wondering the same thing myself. Maybe right after he got over his Leo fetish two years ago.
