Of course it's huge, but Knies created the first two really with his smarts, and Matty wasn't even on the ice for the second one.Matthews creates space and opportunity for everyone around him. It's okay to admit that a kid on pace for 50 points is made better by one of the top 2-3 players on the planet.

I'm not taking anything away from Matty from making that pass, but how many players can you think of that could've done what Knies did there.The first was an obvious pass to tip. Knies did a great job getting into position for it, put a great tip on it. Knies made the right play and got rewarded with it, no argument. But watch the replay when you have a chance, 2 Bruins go towards Matthews when they see him open on the halfboards alone with the puck, opens up a ton of space.
