His loyalty concerns me but Im hoping there is a bit of concern in his head that it could likely cost him his job

Lose a tight 7 game series where goaltending is not the issue then it may buy him another year but go in and get lit up by Tampa or Florida and hes looking for a new gig
 
Yep, let's get the guy who has literally done everything. Nothing new under the sun for Fleury. Not going to get down on himself or rattled.
 
I would put jack back in net for the caps game.
See if he is totally broken or a fighter. Jmho.
 
This is a pretty crazy turnaround for Jack. He can’t make a save without a horrible rebound now, from anywhere.
 
That’s the big assumption, will he waive for toronto.

Would try and call Lou and see if Varlamov is available and see if we are listed on his No trade . Get him for $5M next year too.
 
Go for MAF, ditch Mrazek. If doing anything, which I doubt.

And I’d expect him to waive. He’s won his cups. He won’t be a threat to Jack, but a good mentor, and the TO pressure won’t matter because he’s got nothing to prove, this is all bonus points for him.
 
The biggest threat to the Leafs getting him might be the team that for some ridiculous reason let him know via Twitter they traded him.
MIght have to get him.

Word on twitter is all Canadian teams are on his NTC but I dont recall ever seeing that list released officially
