GDT #52 MAY 3 7PM - French Defense

I'm feeling a bit better now about the goaltending now that we've had a stretch where it hasn't been a Campbell win followed by a "Will he or won't he feel okay to play next game?" situation.

His ressurrection has calmed me a bit yeah. Still very much dislike having our entire playoff run balanced on someone this unproven. Would be really nice if we had a functioning 2nd option.

I think a bigger concern for me is whether Foligno was the way to go over an offensive scoring lw option. It could be a bit of a hole there.

And now Foligno might be dead so that sucks.

Seriously - as a backup? pretty great.

Not even close.

Again, you have realize, this isn't an injury that caused the poor play. His play has been on a steady decline for almost 2 years now. .900 isn't a slump, it's Freddy. That's a bad backup

lol refs...call all sorts of shit all night that isn't a penalty and now have managed the game where they want it, so refuse to call the obvious Lilly trip on a Hab behind the net.

Really terrible all around. Not sure why they have this strange idea that doing it that way is them being less involved in the game.

Exaggerating essentially one down year, and underrated the impact of a full starters load.
