The Toronto Maple Leafs have traded veteran Patrick Marleau to the Carolina Hurricanes in return for a sixth-round pick in 2020.

Carolina also gets a conditional first-round and seventh-round pick in 2020. If the first-round pick comes in the top 10, that pick will become a 2021 first-round pick.
