That's a penalty 100 out of 100 times. The skater has no inherent right to drive the net like that if the outcome is contact with the goalie in the paint. The defender is under no requirement to give him room to get through, the goalie has no requirement to move out of the way. It's entirely on the puck carrier to make the decision whether they can get through without interfering with the goalie.
