And people say here that Chucky is doing nothing. You would think that the coach would reward a player who is scoring with more ice-time and a promotion to the 1st line..........Not Therrien!!! Galchenyuk, clearly, is NOT a Therrien guy, just hope they don't trade him away to satisfy the coach. Because I guarantee they would regret it. With they way things are going, by the time Price gets back, Galchenyuk will be leading the Habs in scoring, playing 3rd line minutes.

Well DD and Weise went out there every shift with Pacioretty.... Why that line didn't get broken up after 2 games of doing nothing, I don't know.
Ask the coach. Anyway, it looks like Wayne Simmonds could be headed to the Habs when the trade freeze is lifted, as per a CBC guy in Calgary.

1) the account is unverified.
2) he has 275 followers
3) none of McKenzie, dreger, freidman, lavoie, lebrun, or any philadelphia or montreal media have this scoop... but this dude whose job is to cover western canada (if his Twitter bio is even true and 1-2 point to it being a hoax) this western guy got the scoop on all the people around these two teams and our normal nhl insiders? Inplausible.
Ill apologize to him if im wrong... but this looks like a hoax.

FWIW, the rumor originates from a Radio-Canada (French CBC) sports commentator (Marc-Eric Bouchard) out in Western Canada, who was told by scouts they overheard (at the Calgary press box) the Simmonds deal couldn't be completed in time due to the trade freeze going into effect.

And this bouchard account with the original rumor is
1) unverified.
2) had less than 300 followers when i looked at it last night.
Both signs that it may not be a real guy and may be a hoax.
On top of that, even if its his actual account, it makes no sense that a guy in western canada has got the scoop over guys in montreal and philly; and over the regular insiders. Those regular insiders still have nothing on the deal... 12 hours after his scoop.
All of that makes the rumor extremely suspect.
