Some cities are destinations, others are nice places to be from. People move to Vancouver. Winnipeg and Edmonton are cities that people move from.

Sal you cant have it both ways . First you were fine with a 1-2 year deal and the dreaded NTC was not part of the trade . Now he is a useless dick rash .
So do you deal him at the deadline for whatever you can get and move on or stick with the status quo of this shithead ?
Dick rash made the right play to his D. Sal is overreacting.
Problem is all GM`s using this 4-5 mil standard to pay too many " ok " players out from their ELC or other contract status . Emelin , Gardiner , Garrison and dozen others and then before you know it , 20% of your cap is tied to average to mediocrity on 4-5 year deals.

Sure u can. When was the last time dick rash bled for his team by making a "tough" play, u know why he's never hurt...because he never tries to make the tough plays, avoids them at all costs as he did a couple of min in last night w the puck along the boards in his zone, and Chimera barreling in towards him.
Now that dick rash is signed with no NTC/NMC deal him to the highest bidder - as I'm constantly reminded here, he's supposed to be a coaches gift from the gods....
Ship every Eastern Euro as*hole on this team out - if u want Euros stick to Scandinavians preferably the Swedes who are trained to the NHL game and as MB (repeatedly) said in his first PC "they're low maintenance".....
I'm willing to cut 67 & 76 slack, first time they're in the leadership position, at least the gimp has a legit excuse he's legs are toast, but dick rash has zero excuse this time, he's been here 10-yrs and never stepped up when it mattered, but but but he's got the tough shutdown job...he sucks at that too now.

No idea, I'm constantly told here he's a coaches wet dream. His point totals make him an enviable #2C. Andre "u can count on me" Dawson had great numbers too, just sayin...
No even strength goals in 31-consecutive games, no goals in 21-games. #leadershipItellya

Plenty of Eastern Europeans have played huge roles on recent cup champs including guys like Marian Hossa, Anze Kopitar, Marian Gaborik, Slava Voynov, David Krejci, Zdeno Chara, Dennis Seidenberg, from the last three teams to win a cup.... (LA, Chicago, Boston). Probably more, thats just off the top of my head.
