Missed this disaster of a game, while attending my niece's wedding in beautiful Beaufort, SC. Four losses in 5 games is more than a reason to say adversity has met this team. Goaltending sucks and our defensive play isn't far behind.

What I am hoping the Canes are starting to realize is that their margin of error of winning is very slim. They have had some great success this season, but if they lose attention to detail for even one period they lose games. I hope this is the message Rod is instilling.

Someone has to get in Koochie's head that he can't go for that poke check if there is more than one opposing player on the ice -- i.e. I don't mind it during a penalty shot or shoot out, but he is asking for trouble when there are other players on the ice -- either he gets his head taken off and concussion or he does something stupid and gets a penalty. Somebody translate that into Russian please....
